My story is simple.

I’ve been a software engineer, a strategic advisor, a product manager, and a systems consultant.

I’ve worked in the code, in the boardroom, and everywhere in between. I’ve seen what breaks strategy. I’ve seen what slows delivery. And I’ve seen what happens when teams are busy, but not aligned.

Most organizations don’t have a talent problem. They have a clarity problem. An alignment problem. A delivery problem.

That’s where I focus.

I help leaders turn strategy into execution. I help teams align around outcomes instead of activities. I build systems that make delivery predictable, not heroic.

Because strategy without alignment is politics. Alignment without execution is talk. And delivery without strategy is waste.

My background across engineering, product, and advisory work gives me a rare advantage: I understand how decisions made at the top impact teams at the bottom and how constraints at the bottom should shape strategy at the top.

I think in systems. I design for leverage. And I care about outcomes.
